Select students have been named to the Spring 2015 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

A number of Eastern students recently completed semester-long internships.

The State University of New York at New Paltz women's and men's swimming teams have been named Spring 2015 College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America teams.

Ohio Wesleyan University held its 171st commencement ceremony on May 10, 2015. The OWU Class of 2015 included 350 spring, summer, and fall graduates, with 62 cum laude, 20 magna cum laude, and 20 summa cum laude honorees. Congratulations and best wishes to Ohio Wesleyan's newest alumni. OWU is proud of you!

A total of 70 student-athletes across the State University of New York at New Paltz's eight winter and spring varsity athletics programs were honored either on the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Commissioner's List or the SUNYAC All-Academic Team for the spring of 2015

Loyola University Maryland has announced the members of its spring 2015 Dean's List. In order to qualify for the Dean's List at Loyola, a student must achieve a minimum QPA of at least 3.500 for the term, provided that, in the term they have successfully completed courses totaling a minimum of 15 credits.

The College of Arts and Sciences presented awards to undergraduates at its annual Honors Day ceremony.

Nearly 1,550 students were named to The University of Scranton Dean's List, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2015 spring semester.

The following students have been named to Dean's List at Western New England for the Spring semester of 2015. Students are named to the Dean's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher.

This achievement is awarded to students who have participated in Eastern's clubs during the academic year. The student club programs range from social to educational, physical to spiritual, and civic engagement programs that benefit and enrich the Eastern community.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

Miami University students who ranked in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students within each division for second semester 2014-2015 have been named to the dean's list recognizing academic performance.

The State University of New York at New Paltz has announced its Dean's List for the spring 2015 semester. Dean's List designation is reserved for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade-point average in a semester with a full-time course load.

Nichols has recognized 454 students who achieved Dean's List for their academic work during the spring term.

Eastern Connecticut State University recently released the names of full-time students who were named to the Dean's List for the spring 2015 semester.

Some 2,385 students were awarded a variety of bachelor's degrees during the University of Vermont's 214th commencement ceremonies on May 17. Approximately 474 advanced degrees and certificates were awarded by the UVM Graduate College, and 116 took the oath of Hippocrates following the awarding of their M.D. degrees at ceremonies of the UVM College of Medicine.

A number of students at Eastern Connecticut State University were recently inducted into the the Kappa Mu Epsilon national mathematics honor society.

CREATE (Celebrating Research Excellence and Artistic Talent at Eastern), the premier undergraduate research and art conference at Eastern Connecticut State University, held its inaugural event at the end of the 2014–15 academic year. By providing exemplary students of all majors an on-campus venue to present their research and creative work, CREATE was the culmination of the academic year, as well as the beginning of a new era.

Eastern Connecticut State University's chapter of the Psi Chi psychology honor society inducted new members during the Spring 2015 semester.

To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

A number of Eastern Visual Arts majors received awards at the Student Awards and Recognition gathering that was held during the opening reception for the annual Senior Art Exhibition.

Eastern Connecticut State University Visual Arts majors recently participated in the annual Senior Art Exhibition held at Akus Gallery.

Eastern Connecticut State University's chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) won third place in a national competition at the 20th Annual AITP National Collegiate Conference in Omaha, NE. For the conference's Database Driven Website Competition, the club's task was to completely replace the website of a selected nonprofit organization with a modernized, database-driven website.

Eastern Connecticut State University's 125th Commencement took place at the XL Center in Hartford on May 12. In all, 1,130 undergraduates and 70 graduate students earned their degrees.
